Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund if you have received a product that has any kind of manufacturing defect. Kindly contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of the defected product(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the product. After our team examines the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product.
